The suspect, a woman believed to be around 35 years old, forced the victim into her own 2017 Honda Accord. Police say the suspect was forced to drive to the 6400 block of Rising Sun Avenue and was forced to withdraw $500 from an ATM.

The suspect was later seen at the Wawa at 1300 Erie Ave. She left in an early 2000s Mercury Grand Marquis or a Lincoln Town Car with a dark landau roof.

The suspect was described as a black female with a thin build and medium complexion. She was wearing a black coat with fur around the hood.

Video was captured of parts of the incident. Anyone with information should contact the Special Victims Unit at 215–686–3151/52. ••
